Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. During sales and holidays this can take up to 3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Duties & taxes
Prices for the UK and EU include VAT calculated at checkout. For destinations outside the US, UK and EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us at hello@example.com with your order number and we'll make it right — with a replacement or a full refund.
